Thrift Shop Thursday #18

Hello and welcome to Thrift Shop Thursday #18. Today was a great day at one of my favorite Thrift Shops. I did not have any luck at Goodwill even though I searched every inch of that store. Both of the places I went to today are very close to the Kickboxing gym I belong to which hopefully will be enough incentive for me to make it to class everyday.

I found all of this today!

I found both of these cutting boards. Even though they were brand new, I am still probably only going to use them for decorative purposes and I want to stain them a darker color. I will first look into different oils that I can try just in case I want to use them for their intended purpose. I think if I stain them they will look so much better. I will post pictures once I complete this little project.

I picked up this Jonathan Adler phone case today. I broke mine yesterday and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a new case when I am thinking of getting a new phone. Anyway, I like that it is bright and girlie! I live with all males so I need to add the pink where I can.

I love this lamp! I have been looking for a desk lamp for my husband home office for a long time. This is exactly what I wanted. I have seen many versions of this lamp but I like that this one is all brushed brass including the light cover.

My last pick of the day is the dolphin bottle opener. I like picking up little pieces like this they are inexpensive ways to add charm to our kitchen down on the Island.
