Welcome to Thrift Shop Thursday #21. This is my favorite time of year and over the next few weeks I will be sharing some of my favorite Christmas Thrift Shop finds. This week I will be sharing a few Holiday items and a lovely wooden mirror that I have gone back to several times and finally decided to pick it up, knowing that I could find a home for it.
The first piece I am going to share with you is the cardinal card place holder.
I found a ziploc baggie with eight of these place card holders. It was labeled Christmas decorations. It took me a few seconds to figure out what they were. I think they are adorable and I love the holly detail on them. They are made of metal and I think this was a great find.

I know I have said it several times before and I really meant it when I said I wouldn’t buy any more candle holders or anything gold. I tried to remain true to that statement but I couldn’t help it. I caved!
I picked these gold candle holders up and put them back down several times. Then I decided to go through the entire store and if they were still there when I finished shopping, I would buy them. To be honest, there was only one other person in the store at the time and she was checking out! So lucky for me, I get to add yet another candle holder set to my ever growing collection.
I have been looking at this small mirror with the chunky frame at the thrift shop for the past month. So last week when I went back and it was still there, I decided to buy it. It’s a nice thick solid frame. I like the layered look of the mirrors and the dimension it adds to the bookcase.
This is still one of my favorite projects. My guy did a fabulous job! I love everything about our revamped IKEA Billy Bookcases and I like decorating it and switching it up. I am looking forward to decking it out for Christmas but I want to get through Thanksgiving first! Speaking of Thanksgiving, I cannot wait for the stuffing and gravy!
Well, that’s it for Thrift Shop Thursday #21. Come back next week, I will be sharing some of my Vintage Christmas Finds!
Until Next Time,
